The Dartford Constituency

Welcome to my website.

I am proud to represent the Dartford Constituency which comprises Dartford and the surrounding villages of Joydens Wood, Wilmington, Stone, Greenhithe, Swanscombe, Bean, Darenth, Sutton-at-Hone, Hawley, Longfield, Southfleet, New Barn, Hartley, Betsham and Hodsoll Street.

I am a former Dartford Grammar School pupil and live in Dartford Constituency with my wife, Wendy and our two children, who both attend a local state primary school. One of my interests outside of politics is playing Cricket in the Kent Village League.

Since becoming MP for Dartford I have taken up a number of issues in Parliament on behalf of residents including care home closures, the Dartford Crossing and sentencing for dangerous driving to name a few.  For details of all questions I have raised and debates I have taken part in go to the Working for You section of my website.
