I was delighted to visit Bean Primary School during one of the school’s Celebration Assemblies and I was pleased to present certificates to the children who had been awarded them for their hard work and behaviour. Following the assembly, I took questions from the Year 5 and 6 pupils, who were very attentive and asked many excellent questions, including why I became an MP and what my role entails.
This is a delightful one-form entry, village school set in an idyllic setting with its own woods, with a strong reputation in the community. It's really good to see the children enjoying their time at Bean Primary School.
